The Schulze PRETREATmaker 5 is an automatic high-end pretreatment system for professional DTG users.
The unit is equipped with a total of 5 nozzles which may be individually switched on or off. The maximum spray area is 42cm wide x 60cm long and the spray zone may be adjusted by switching any of the 5 nozzles on or off individually. This enables a minimum spray width of 12cm, ideal for chest pocket prints. The spray length is adjustable in 2cm increments and spraying is possible both uni and bi-directional which allows the user to setup the unit according to their needs.
Within the spray carriage there is an additional filter which traps dirt from the pumps and tubes. This filter helps to minimise blockage of the nozzles by removing any debris from within the system or liquid.
Another useful feature is the new switch-valve which allows the user to use two different pretreatment liquids. An additional switch is also used to clean the pump (incl. pipe system). The automatic cleaning function is available from within the touch-pad menu.
Pressure scales now monitor all tanks and the machine will notify the operator when each tank is running low. A calibration process can be performed, after which the machine will be able to display how much pretreatment is being applied in grams per garment.
Another special feature of the unit is its open interface, which can be used to program the unit either directly through the client’s order system or via printing a bar code. This optional feature will simplify and speed up your workflow and allows the PRETREATmaker 5 to be operated by untrained staff.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
