Returns & Refunds

• All items purchased online may be returned for a full refund for up to a period of 14 days provided that they are unopened and unused. This does not apply to equipment/machinery or any items not available for purchase online.
• The cancellation period concludes 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person, other than the carrier, identified by the consumer to take possession of them.
• In the case of returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
• Any items that have been opened, used or damaged are not covered by this clause and will not be accepted.
• MHM Direct GB will inspect the goods, and upon acceptance will offer a suitable replacement, repaired item or full refund if preferred.
