PRETREATmaker Basic is a perfect entry-level model designed to fit virtually any size Direct to Garment business.
The PRETREATmaker Basic is equipped with one nozzle and a maximum spray area of 40cm in width by 45cm in length. Width cannot be adjusted but length can be regulated in 9 steps (5cm increments). With the beginner model the user can spray uni- and bi-directional and spray output can be regulated by the speed of the carriage.
The machine has a big side wall which can be opened for interior cleaning. The unit comes with 3 tanks (2 x 2L Pretreatment fluid and 1 x 2L Cleaner or Water). With a switch valve it is possible to change between the different tanks.
The unit has a drain for excess pretreatment fluid at the back. The waste tank volume is 2L.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
