Developing screens is one of the most important processes in screen printing and greatly contributes to the final quality of any printed product.
Manual developing is becoming increasingly inefficient for larger print shops, firstly for labour reasons and also due to the extremely high fresh water consumption and subsequent pollution risks.
The Aquatec addresses these problems with it's enclosed stainless steel processing chamber, sealed high-speed shutter door, and microprocessor control using the latest environmental technology.
Environmental impact is reduced by reusing water for the washout cycles resulting in a reduction of fresh water consumption by up to 80%. The final rinse with a very little amount of fresh water guarantees perfectly developed screens and maximized productivity.
The requirements for an automatic developing machine have to meet a very high standard. The Aquatec meets these requirements and furthermore, simplifies the entire process and skill level necessary.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
