PRO IRON attaches directly to any print head of any MHM Automatic Press and works seamlessly without interrupting the printing process. Speed and pressure are easily adjusted via the print head and the unit has an adjustable temperature of up to 200°C, making PRO IRON extremely versatile and very easy to use.
Used before the first screen, PRO IRON will flatten the garment fibres, reducing the possibility of fibrillation for higher quality prints with brighter colours. PRO IRON may also be used after the flash to flatten out your under-base and provide a super smooth surface on which to print your top colours.
PRO IRON will not only matt down any loose fibres to create a smooth, freshly pressed and uniform appearance to your prints, but it may even be used to apply foil directly on press by working in conjunction with the MHM in-line FOIL UNIT.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
