Product Details
This dryer has been designed to dry both water-based DTG and DTF digitally printed inks and powdered adhesives. It works very well with medium to long drying times thanks to its controlled temperature and efficient air circulation.
Ideal for small factories, its compact overall size can pass through small doorways and its single phase power requirement enables it to be used in smaller workshops and retail shops where a three phase electrical supply is not available.
The production rate for DTG is around 50 garments per hour based on a curing time of 3.5 minutes per drawer and with a maximum working temperature of 180°C. It is also great for drying DTF cut sheets.
Internally, the air is warmed by electrical heating elements and blown in a vertical convection current to provide a consistent temperature throughout the drawers. The air is filtered to keep the fan and the internals clean, thus improving the efficiency and reducing the overall power consumption of the system.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
