DELIVERY

• Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
• Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
• All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.

RETURNS

• Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
• All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
