TexLine is a compact system in which screens are washed and de-coated in one continuous cycle using an 'all-in-one' chemistry. The dirty screens are placed on the conveyor and pass through the washing and de-coating modules fully automatically.
The control panel enables the activation and deactivation of each individual module for greater control and the conveyor speed can be set electronically to suit different processing variables.
The modules are exactly the same as used on the larger SpeedLine system and may be extended at any time to allow for the changing demands and requirements of future productivity. It also enables existing owners to build on their original investment by simply adding modules to increase throughput.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- Free next working day delivery is available on online supplies orders over £250 ex. VAT (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to stock availability, cleared funds and address verification.
- Equipment and machinery are delivered separately via specialist hauliers, with delivery costs and times quoted individually. Customers are responsible for off-loading goods and arranging any required lifting equipment.
- All deliveries require a signature. International and non-UK Mainland deliveries are charged based on weight and location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to demand, verification checks or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and signed for accordingly at the time of receipt.
RETURNS
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and unused. This excludes equipment, machinery and any items not available for online purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and where approved, a replacement, repair or full refund will be offered.
