Product Details

Hotronix Stampinator® 480 Automatic Screen Printing Heat Press & Flash Cure Unit

The Hotronix® Stampinator® 480 is a high-production in-line heat press and flash cure solution for automatic textile screen printing presses. For UK screen printers searching for a Stampinator, Stampinator 480 or Stampinator UK solution, it offers a compact way to add pressing, curing and transfer application directly to an existing automatic textile press.

Designed for screen printers who want to increase production speed, improve print quality and add more finishing capability without expanding their footprint, the Stampinator 480 integrates directly into the printhead position of most major automatic textile screen printing presses.

Instead of using a conventional flash cure unit alone, the Stampinator heat press combines heat, pressure and automated in-line operation. It can pre-press garments, stamp underbases, flash cure ink, smooth garment fibres and apply heat transfers in one production step. This makes the Stampinator 480 particularly relevant to owners of automatic textile presses, high-volume screen printers, transfer printers and businesses considering a new flash cure unit or production heat press.

Stampinator 480 for Automatic Textile Press Owners

The Stampinator 480 is compatible with most major automatic screen printing presses, including M&R, MHM, ROQ, Workhorse, TAS and Anatol. It can be installed using front, rear or side clamps, providing a flexible route to adding in-line heat pressing and curing to an existing automatic screen printing line.

Flash Cure, Heat Press and Transfer Application in One Unit

  • Replaces a conventional flash unit with high-efficiency in-line heat press technology
  • Pre-presses garments before printing
  • Stamps underbases and flash cures in a single step
  • Smooths fibres to help produce a cleaner, higher-quality print surface
  • Applies DTF transfers, HTV, foil, rhinestones and other heat-applied materials
  • Compatible with plastisol inks, including standard and low-cure formulations
  • Compatible with water-based screen printing inks

Designed for Production Speed

Engineered for speed and repeatability, the Stampinator 480 can support production of up to 480 shirts per hour. Digital temperature control provides accurate, consistent heat, while the flat, warp-resistant heating surface is designed for high-volume garment production.

Why Screen Printers Choose the Stampinator 480

  • Ideal accessory for automatic textile screen printing presses
  • Combines flash curing and heat pressing in-line
  • Reduces the need for separate off-line pressing operations
  • Supports both ink curing and transfer application workflows
  • Helps smooth garment fibres for improved print finish
  • Suitable for established screen print shops and high-volume production environments
